300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING- SESSION STARTS APRIL 2026!

Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training builds on your 200-hour foundation and guides you into the next level of mastery. Throughout this immersive, in-person experience, you’ll dive deeper into:

  • Anatomy, hands-on adjustments and teaching to special populations

  • Meditation, mindfulness and the neuroscience behind both

  • Creative sequence development

  • The energetic body- Chakras, Nadis & subtle anatomy

  • Somatics, trauma-informed principles & embodied movement

  • The foundations of Ayurveda and seasonal living

  • Building and growing your yoga business

  • The Yoga Sutras & the philosophy that shapes modern practice

  • The Bhagavad Gita & its timeless teachings

  • Community, connection, mentorship and so much more!

    *Graduates will earn a Yoga Alliance 500hr RYT Certification

This program is for those who have completed a 200HR YTT program and are interested in deepening their practice, learning, and/or teaching. This study is in an intimate group setting that fosters community and connection amongst the teachers. Expect a yoga education that transforms you from the inside out.

Weekend modules will take place over the course of 19 months (not every month).

Jen Handley- RYT 500; Co-owner, Flourish Yoga and Wellbeing and Wild Spirit Yoga Retreats

Jen is a lifelong yogi whose passion lies in exploring the energetic body and the deep mind-body-spirit connection. She is continually studying how subtle practices support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Jen brings a creative, intuitive, and heart-centered approach to helping others find balance, resilience, and joy through their own practice.

Jen H. is the lead teacher for the following modules:

  • Chakras and Subtle Anatomy 1.0 

  • Chakras and Subtle Anatomy 2.0 

  • Principles of Ayurveda 1.0

  • Principles of Ayurveda 2.0 

Jen Xanders- E-RYT 500; Co-owner, Flourish Yoga and Wellbeing and Wild Spirit Yoga Retreats

Jen is the lead teacher of our 300-hour program with vast experience blending yoga, neuroscience, and modern mindfulness to help students reconnect with their strength, intuition, and inner resilience. Jen brings a grounded, science-minded approach to transformational practice and advanced yoga education.

 Kristin Himsel- 500 RYT

Kristin is a yin and yoga nidra instructor who teaches from her own experience of how stillness, sensation, and mindful presence can transform both body and mind. Her practice has brought her greater balance, strength, and emotional clarity—benefits she now shares with students seeking a more intuitive, grounding path in yoga.

Kristin is the lead teacher for the following modules: 

  • Yin & Restorative 1.0

  • Yin & Restorative 2.0 

Stacey Simpson- E-RYT 500

Stacey's yoga journey has been shaped by challenge, healing, and the grounding clarity she rediscovered on her mat after experiencing her own health challenges. She now shares her love of empowering vinyasa and mindful movement, hoping her students find the same joy, possibility, and sense of coming hOMe within their own practice.

Stacey is the lead teacher for the following modules: 

  •  Anatomy & Dynamic Core

  • Creative Theming & Sequencing

  • Teaching to Special Populations
