We have transferred your account over to Momence, so you already have a new account. You will just need to go to this "forgot password" page to create a new one: https://momence.com/forgot-password
If you choose to do so, you'll need to save your credit card info. If you currently have a card on file with Flourish, this will not transfer. (*Monthly Unlimited members must have a payment method on file- credit card or ACH transfer- for automatic payments). Any existing packages and memberships that you have are migrated over, as are any future classes/workshops you have already booked.
When does this transition take place/what do I do until then?
From now til the end of June 10, book your classes as you normally would. Between now and June 10, please take the above steps (password reset, save credit card, if you choose to do so) Starting June 11, you will book all classes through the "Class Schedule + Sign Up" page our website- flourishyoga.biz If you haven't yet switched over by this time, no worries. Come to the studio for class anyway, we'll get you set up! Jen/Jen will be onsite and available, as will your teacher.
Are there any other changes coming?
During this transition, our in-studio class schedule will remain uninterrupted. However, please note, June 9 and June 10 we will not have virtual classes. We will resume virtual classes on June 11. Beginning June 11, credit card payments will include a 5% processing fee. If you'd prefer to avoid it, you can enter your ACH banking info rather than your credit card info. We're happy to help if you have any questions.
Why are we changing our booking system?
It’s been a long time coming. We’ve been wanting to make it easier for you to find and join our classes, and in our search for a better system, we came across Momence. We believe you'll find it very easy and intuitive to use, and we'll be around to support you during the transition if you have any questions at all.
