Yoga has been part of my life for years, going through many seasons of closeness and distance. In October 2025, I found my way back to the mat with a renewed commitment, and what began as returning to my practice soon led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2026. Movement is where I turn to cope, to celebrate, and to feel everything in between. Yoga has become the place where I can quiet the noise, close the open tabs in my mind, and meet myself on the bridge between body and mind. It reminds me that I don't have to have everything figured out before I show up. As a teacher, I hope to offer that same experience to others. My intention is to create a safe, supportive space where you can come exactly as you are, move with curiosity, connect with your breath, and leave feeling more grounded, present, and at home in yourself.
