Kathryn Hill

I discovered yoga 12 years ago but began practicing regularly in 2018. Despite being active in other ways, yoga offers a unique connection to mind, body, and spirit. After my first class at Flourish, I was hooked and enrolled in their 200-hr teacher training program in fall 2021, which deepened my practice and self-awareness. I’m also continuing my training with Flourish’s 300-hr YTT, which I will complete in 2025.

Yoga has profoundly transformed my life, and I’m eager to share its benefits with others. My classes blend strength and flexibility through dynamic Vinyasa Flow, featuring fun music and playlists. I focus on dynamic warm-ups and always include time for a soothing Shavasana. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
