Lauren Faith

Lauren's yoga journey began as a recreation therapist where she utilized yoga as one of many healing tools to support her patients. Her own practice blossomed during pregnancy, when she experienced firsthand the powerful mind-body benefits of prenatal yoga. This transformative experience inspired her to become a birth doula and yoga teacher, where she now brings a calm, grounding energy to her clients, empowering them to cultivate inner strength, balance, and well-being.

Lauren believes in the importance of balance and loves a mix of vinyasa style and restorative classes to help students reconnect with themselves and find equilibrium in their bodies and minds. She also teaches prenatal yoga and an adaptive class for adults with developmental disabilities. Through mindful movement and breathwork, Lauren holds space for students in all seasons of life.

When she's not teaching, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters, creative activities such as pottery and painting, and kayaking.
