INTRO TO YOGA 4-WEEK SERIES

Welcome to the Flourish In-Studio Experience! New to yoga? Has it been a while since you've been on your mat? Are you a regular and just want to get back to the basics? In this intro to yoga series you will learn functional alignment to your body and ways to support yourself in class. We will learn breathwork, postures and common sequencing found in many classes. After completing this series you should feel confident to attend any class on our schedule and know how to modify according to your own personal needs. Yoga means yoke or Union and connection. Come ready to grow, learn and connect to your body physically, mentally, and energetically.

WARRIOR STRONG 4-WEEK SERIES

Warrior Strong is a dynamic practice that combines traditional yoga flows with light hand weights. 300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Our 300 hour program is currently in session, and our new group will begin in April 2026. This program is for those who have completed a 200HR YTT program and are interested in deepening their practice, learning, and/or teaching. This study is in an intimate group setting that fosters community and connection amongst the teachers.

Weekend modules will take place over the course of 19 months (not every month), and content includes a deep dive into vinyasa, yin, somatic work, pranayama, meditation, the sutras, and so much more.
