I came to yoga in 2011, during one of the most demanding seasons of my life, balancing the needs of young children, caring for aging and ill parents, and navigating the constant pressure of a high-stress career in corporate tech sales. Like many, I was running on empty, searching for a way to restore balance and reconnect with myself.

Yoga became that turning point.

What began as a simple attempt to manage stress quickly evolved into something much deeper. Each time I stepped onto the mat, I found a sense of calm, clarity, and perspective that began to ripple into every part of my life. Yoga didn’t just help me cope, it changed how I experienced life.

Inspired by this transformation, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. Since then, I’ve been passionate about sharing the practice with others, especially those who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everyone, not just as a physical practice, but as a powerful tool for finding balance, cultivating calm, and seeing life through a more grounded and compassionate lens.

I strive to create a welcoming space where students can pause, breathe, and reconnect, both on and off the mat.
