FLOURISH IS NOW OFFERING

IN HOME STREAMING

We are now offering ALL of your favorite classes, led by your favorite instructors VIRTUALLY.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…

  1. Register for your class through our website or through the MINDBODY App. You’ll see that all classes are now virtual only.

  2. Check your email. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email from FitGrid with a link to your virtual class.

  3. Click the link (beginning 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class) and you’ll be connected through ZOOM. You’ll then find yourself (virtually) in the Flourish studio.

In studio, you’ll be greeted by your instructor. While others are arriving he/she will keep the audio on so you can chat with other yogis who are also virtually attending. Once class begins, the instructor will mute all attendees so no need to worry about interrupting others with any background noise. You can also mute yourself or turn off your video at anytime by clicking on the icons at the lower lefthand corner of your screen.

Tips for enhancing your virtual experience:

  • If possible, create a designated practice space in your home. Make it beautiful with plants and candles.

  • Have props like bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets handy. You can also make your own out of pillows, belts and books.

  • Try to keep your practice clear of any interruptions — deliveries, work meetings, snack time. But don’t sweat it if you are interrupted by kids, or the doorbell, or a barking dog. it happens. Just return to your practice with gratitude.

  • Stream music to fit the mood. Occasionally, we’ll announce special Spotify Playlists on our social media feed, so be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Keep water nearby to stay hydrated.
