This 6-week series if for those who wish to try yin yoga for the first time or just want to learn more about this quiet practice.  Yin yoga can help find stillness in the mind & replenish the body.   All levels welcome.

This creative BLACK-LIGHTS offering is specifically designed to meet the needs of students ages 10 and up.  Perfect for athletes or any youth looking to explore a yoga flow.

SUNDAY FLOW YOGA

TUESDAYS 7:15PM-8:30PM with jonathan smith & laura blakeley

If you are new to yoga, this series is for you!  Over this 6-week course, we will introduce you to yoga, concentrate on your breath, and break down postures/sun salutations.  Upon completion of the course you will have set a strong foundation for your practice, gained an abundance of knowledge, and feel confident in regular classes.  *Space is limited.

SATURDAYs (ages 5-9) 10AM-11:15AM WITH COURTNEY BRAY

Kids learn basic yoga poses through games & play in a fun and safe environment.  Through this yoga class, children are given the opportunity to develop strength, flexibility and a sense of calm.  The Flourish Kids Yoga program promotes confidence & self-esteem, respect for others, and love for oneself.  Parents take advantage while your kids are in class.  This offering runs in tandem with our regularly scheduled 10AM vinyasa!
