Join us in our upcoming Restorative Yoga offering! Each yoga pose within this class will focus on nurturing awareness, clarity, relaxation and rejuvenation. You will discover how certain restorative positions allow the mind to ease, enhance various body functions and balance your chakras. This offering will incorporate the use of props and optional essential oils.

Yoga Nidra "Yogic Sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, much like the "going to sleep" stage.  It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following audio cues and guides.  

Come relax and explore a deeper sense of meditation and relaxation.  Start your New Year refreshed and renewed.

Spring Equinox Flow Join us to celebrate the 1st day of spring, the equinox and the balance of dark and light! Kat, Stacey and Laura will lead a special 108 minute vinyasa flow that will focus on exploring balance, grounded inversions and mindfulness. 101 INTRO SERIES

TUESDAYS, APRIL 9TH TO MAY 14TH, 7:15PM TO 8:30PM

If you are new to yoga, want to get a better understanding of what yoga is and explore proper alignment of poses, this 6-week series is for you. Over this 6-week course, we will introduce you to yoga, concentrate on your breath, and break down postures as well as sun salutations. Upon completion of the course, you will have set a strong foundation for your practice and have established the proper alignment to build toward more advanced poses and modifications. You will have gained an abundance of knowledge and feel confident in any yoga class. This 6-week series will be a progressive type class and will build upon each other, so attending all 6 classes will give you a deeper understanding of the different poses. You will have one on one support, community online support and literature will be provided throughout the series. Let us help you take your body and poses to the next level in a fun, safe, and supported environment. Investment $90 for 6-week series.

201 INTRO SERIES
