YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra "Yogic Sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, much like the "going to sleep" stage.  It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following audio cues and guides.  

Come relax and explore a deeper sense of meditation and relaxation.

INTRO TO YOGA: 101 SERIES

TUESDAYS, MAY 21ST TO JUNE 25TH, 7:15PM TO 8:30PM

If you are new to yoga, want to get a better understanding of what yoga is and explore proper alignment of poses, this 6-week series is for you. Over this 6-week course, we will introduce you to yoga, concentrate on your breath, and break down postures as well as sun salutations. Upon completion of the course, you will have set a strong foundation for your practice and have established the proper alignment to build toward more advanced poses and modifications. You will have gained an abundance of knowledge and feel confident in any yoga class. This 6-week series will be a progressive type class and will build upon each other, so attending all 6 classes will give you a deeper understanding of the different poses. You will have one on one support, community online support and literature will be provided throughout the series. INTRO TO YOGA: 201 SERIES

In this 6-week series, we will continue to work on the breath, meditations, postures and building vinyasa flows. This series is open to former 101 students as well as anyone looking to build their practice. Tuesday evenings 5:45pm-7:00pm. Investment $90 for 6-week series.
