KIDS YOGA SERIES

This creative kids series is specifically designed for students ages 4-6.

  • decrease stress, tension, & anxiety

INTRO TO YOGA SERIES

TUESDAYS 7:15-8:30PM OCTOBER 2ND with Jonathan Smith and Laura Blakeley

If you are new to yoga, this series is for you!  Over this 6-week course, we will introduce you to yoga, concentrate on your breath, and break down postures/sun salutations.  Upon completion of the course you will have set a strong foundation for your practice, gained an abundance of knowledge, and feel confident in regular classes.

YOGA ASSIST WORKSHOP

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH, 11:30-3:30PM

This workshop will teach you both why and how to apply effective hands-adjustments

  • Gain confidence with more tools to help your students evolve

  • Encouraging students to slow down and focus on the breath

  • Providing direction about the energy of the pose

EFT TAPPING GROUPS

THURSDAYS, NOVEMBER 11/1, 11/8, 11/15 - FRESHMEN GIRLS 6-7PM

This workshop will teach students how to effectively reduce stress by “tapping” on certain acupressure points.

  • Reduce anxiety

  • Helpful before exams, presentations, sporting events and so much more
