Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a longer and deeper guided meditation that helps allow for deeper insights, and letting go both physically and mentally to create space and and trust in our limitless potential. It becomes easier and more familiar each time it is practiced. This month’s nidra will be around the chakras and loving kindness. Consider registering ahead, as we sold out last time we offered this unique experience. Bring socks and a blanket and take some much needed time for yourself.
