About Flourish

We are a community of beings on a shared journey seeking wellbeing for ourselves and all whose lives we touch. We are honored to connect the healing power of the ancient yoga practices to your life now.

We offer a variety of Vinyasa and Gentle yoga classes. We have classes suited for beginners, intermediate and more advanced practitioners. Class descriptions on our MindBody Online schedule page will indicate the class level OR feel free to call or email and we’ll be happy to guide you toward the appropriate classes for wherever you are on your path.

Our classes are practiced at room temperature, or in a warm room at approximately 90 degrees, or in a Hot room at between 100 to 105 degrees. The heated classes can help open your muscles and joints, and cleanse your body of toxins.

It is important to listen to your body and slow down or take resting or modified postures if you are new to heated practices or if you are recovering from any healthy challenges. Please bring water to heated classes and stay hydrated before, during and after class.

Along with our yoga classes, we offer private yoga instruction and a wide variety of workshops to enhance your wellbeing!
