Rise early in your beautiful room in a tree canopy overlooking stunning views of the ocean and rain forest….
There are 10 uniquely designed well-appointed bedrooms, all with private baths. Depending on your room choice (and roommate), the guest suites have two twin or one king Swiss made ergonomic beds with top quality linens.
Following early meditation and yoga savor a gourmet breakfast featuring local fare as well as made to order egg dishes, waffles, French toast, exquisite Costa Rican coffee, juices, and an exotic assortment of fresh tropical fruit.
The day is yours to explore the surroundings. Bask in the sun, walk the beach, read, relax enjoy.
There are many adrenaline adventures or relaxing explorations to discover — canopy zip-line, waterfall rappelling, surfing, exploration of the rain forest, horseback riding on the beach. Spa services are available as well. There is an onsite concierge to help with arrangements.
Late afternoon is your second opportunity to practice asanas..!
A short rest before joining the group for a scrumptious dinner prepared in house by a gourmet chef ~Dinner options will be vegetarian as well as chicken and fish.
After dinner, at your option, you may join the group for a nightly movie in the theatre room,
