Our Next 6-Week Intro to Yoga Series is Coming Up! ┬áNext Series Begins July 12 +┬áRuns Through August 16. Wednesdays, 7:30 – 8:15 pm.

 

 

If you are new to yoga, want to get a better understanding of what yoga is and explore proper alignment of poses, this 6-week series is for you. Over this 6-week course, we will introduce you to yoga, concentrate on your breath, and break down postures as well as sun salutations. Upon completion of the course, you will have set a strong foundation for your practice and have established the proper alignment to build toward more advanced poses and modifications. You will have gained an abundance of knowledge and feel confident in any yoga class. This 6-week series will be a progressive type class and will build upon each other, so attending all 6 classes will give you a deeper understanding of the different poses. You will have one on one support, community online support and literature will be provided throughout the series.
