6-Week “Falling for Yin” Series

If you are new to Yin yoga or already love the practice and want to further your knowledge of Yin concepts, join us for six weeks and fall for Yin!

 

 

Each class will begin with a brief introduction of the topic and written material will be provided. We will then move into a relaxing Yin practice and shavasana. Each week will have a different physical and/or subtle body focus. Optional essential oils will be offered to further add to your experience. Students will explore concepts and benefits of a Yin practice, including those effecting the physical, mental, emotional and subtle body. An introduction to Yoga philosophy, Chakra, and Chi will be introduced Students will be encouraged to turn inward and listen to their own body. Paying attention to breath, body and mind help us to reconnect with our balance of Yin and Yang nature. A private Facebook group will also be available for questions and discussion. Material will be provided along with a recommended reading list to further your experience with Yin . Come fall for Yin in a safe supported environment. Space is limited.
